Coalition for
Life Transformative
Education

A GOOD education changes what you KNOW, but a GREAT education also changes who you ARE.
Richard Miller, President Emeritus, Olin College
Our Mission
The Coalition for Life-Transformative Education is a community of university leaders who are committed to experimenting individually and collectively, sharing best practices, and collaborating to start a movement across America to ensure that all students who enroll in college not only complete a degree, but also have a transforming educational experience that enhances their well-being and work engagement throughout life.

A Gallup Poll found that less than half of college graduates find purpose in their work.

Undergraduate experiences are shown to be aligned with whether students find purposeful work.

Graduates with high-purpose work have 10x higher wellbeing scores for life

Institutes of higher learning have a role to play in the well-being of our society.
>>>Universities and colleges can do a better job of preparing students for lifelong well-being.
